I wouldn't be surprised if the "Inside Higher Ed" article gets comments denying that there is any continuity between Touro and Trident. It always seems to happen here.

Congrats, Trident University International...now they need to drop the International.

I'm glad their OK. I still hate their name.

If "Trident International University" dropped the "Trident" and "International" parts, their name would just be "University"

That would be concise, but maybe not very distinctive

Perhaps they could then re-brand as "Generic University," or perhaps "JUST University." No -- that's too close to a joke-school I won't mention further.... "College of the Plain Brown Wrapper," maybe? Now THAT might stir up some interest!

I would be offended if this was not so damn funny...

It had me chuckling in the midst of a tough week, so it was worth it.

Glad to hear Trident may be moving forward again, as they had some interesting programs at reasonable cost.

They may end up on my radar again if I resume msster's studies.
