RA On-Site Reaffirmation Questions

The school I teach at is coming up for our SACS reaffirmation and this is my first time through this process. I have been asked to participate in a luncheon with the on-site committee. I'm wondering what types of information they ask and what I should be prepared for them to want to know. I know they will be visiting classes and faculty in their offices as well. We are a small school, so I'm sure over the 3 days I will get caught at least once, besides lunch. Any helpful suggestions from anyone who has been through this process is greatly appreciated. I'm sure they are not out to get us, but I just want to know what to expect so I won't be so nervous.
