    DETC Accrediting Commission Report

    Link to the report: http://www.detc.org/downloads/bullet...Commission.pdf

The report only mentions that accreditation was denied to American Center for Execellence in Surgical Assisting. Trinity & University of Fairfax are still listed as applicants. So, I wonder what exactly transpired with these institutions (especially Trinity)? Did the DETC basically say "You're almost there fellas, but for now... no dice."?

I just read the monthly newletter from TTS. I got the distinct impression [from what the President wrote] that it had to do with money, and the lack thereof.

    Haggai,

Thanks for mentioning the newsletter (it prompted me to find it). For those interested in Trinity's take see below:

As would be expected, certainly disappointment by Trinity, but I thought Dr. Hunter’s response was professional and well written with a sense of genuine humility.

Thanks for locating and posting it.
