Yikes, someone should tell Bellevue that they're linking to a site that, sadly, no longer has any editorial integrity, nor any connection with John.

 

Thanks for the alert. I like Bellevue a lot, and came close to an involvement after my Heriot-Watt days. I'll let them know. (For the record, degree.net was my site, and I sold it, along with copyrights, to Pearson, which in turn sold it to Ten Speed Press, which forgot to renew it, and it was grabbed by a guy in Vanuatu. They aren't terrible, but they refuse to remove my name and my material from the site.

 

It's actually not owned by the guy in Vanuatu any more. QuinStreet, one of the largest brokers of advertising in the education space, owns it, and honestly I'm not terribly surprised that they haven't bothered to remove the content; they don't seem interested in much of anything except getting leads for the schools they represent.
