    I have been holding my tongue for some time about the web service that Andrew Jackson University and many other schools use. I personal believe that they are extremely substandard in their practices and their employees are very substandard and lacking in education.
    My list of reasons why are as follows;

    I have taken about 15-16 exams with the service and only about 50% of the time am I even asked to show a drivers license. Of the 50% of the time I am, 99% of the time I never even get my driver’s license up to the web cam before they say ok, that’s good, and move on. I have only been asked once to do the personal verification which is done by your social security number; I put the wrong answers in and still passed. They are supposed to do a check of the area around you. This is done by you moving the web cam around the room periodical to check your area. I have only had to do that once at the start of the exam. I could have anyone taking these exams for me and they would never know.

    I’m just shocked at how substandard this service in relation to the good instruction at AJU. I have had some really good instructors that keep up with my questions and often email me to check on my progress and offer some great ideas or corrections to my work, often my grammar …lol. I feel that all that is trashed when your school uses a proctoring service that has no checks and balances. How will my degree be credible when all my exams are not?
    I emailed the school with my complaint about it being millish and felt like I needed to air this in public as well as to encourage public pressure which in turn may persuade them to increase their standards.
