Answer this question and and get a free Ph.D: "What are the most important things you've learned in your life?
    From their site:
You may be surprised to know that most Doctors of Philosophy (people with Ph.D. after their names) aren't as knowledgeable as you might think. In the renaissance scholars were expected to be masters of a broad swath of human knowledge. Today’s Ph.D.s understand a very specialized sliver of the world’s knowledge. And in concentrating so many years (often 7-10) on that narrow slice means their knowledge of the rest of the world often suffers as a result. Consequently, many Ph.D.s are smart about very little while non-degreed seekers are often much better able to see the interconnections in the world around us: the big picture. This is why the caricature of the astute but clueless professor in an ivory tower has become much loved and joked about in many cultures.

Templar University maintains that a great deal of non-degreed individuals have just as much knowledge and wisdom (often even more, though generally not as specialized) as most official Doctors of Philosophy, and would like them to be similarly honored. If you feel that you deserve such an honor, we would like to confer it upon you.

All you have to do to earn your prestigious Templar University Bachelor, Master or Ph.D is just answer one question: What are the most important things you've learned in your life? Answer this simple query and they'll award you the degree of your choice.

This is fantastic. Thanks for this info. I will immediately write to Aspen and get a refund for my Master study, and thereafter utilize this incredible offer.

Well, at least they're honest enough to admit that they are a non-accredited university.

That has to be a J O K E website. It comes across as one of those "for fun" diplomas or made up newspaper with a person in a picture as a most wanted or something. To be sure it isn't for real!

I don't know. But does anyone really believe that this is a legitimate but unaccredited option for passing on the secret wisdom of the Knights Templars? :D

How come the FTC won't do anything about these websites? It has got to be a joke.... I hope it is a joke... Please tell me it is a joke...

Robbie: How come the FTC won't do anything....

    Sigh, mon.

As we point out in our Degree Mills book, the FTC already has a mandate to restrict the use of the word "accredited" by schools. But they choose not to enforce it. One of those Bushie things about the government not interfering in private enterprise. What a fantastic difference it could make if they did.

Was the FTC more pro-active against mills in the previous administration>

In my unaccredited university you need to answer only 2 short questions

    1) what is your social security number?

    2) what is your bank account number?
