Well, I had a little fun with Rochville University's representative. I was online around 3 a.m in the morning. So, I found out there is no minimum age for "PURCHASING" a Ph.D degree. Notes that the keyword is PURCHASING not EARNING.

The Domain of Rochville University was registered in Massachusetts, but the school is located in Rockville, Maryland. It is 3 A.M in Texas, which is 4 a.m in Maryland. Wow, they work 24/7.... This makes me LMO.

I just googled them and was shocked to see how much they are charging for a "degree". It was over $14k.

LOL, thanks for that, TEKMAN. It made my Monday afternoon.

@AIRTORN: I'll bet you anything they'd be willing to negotiate and wouldn't turn down an offer of 10K. ;-)
