Just found the IADL site on the web - www.iadl.org.uk/

Their proposal for approval and monitoring of their members sound quite good within the limits set, BUT - they do use an address that I now to be a small back-street office/mail forwarding service in the East End and they use 0700 telephone numbers which are 'follow-me' numbers divertible to almost any 'phone in the world.

One of their members the European Extension College also uses a small mail forwarding service in the East End.
