A most excellent article! with articles being written like that, it shouldn't be too long before diploma mill degree use will become illegal in all fifty states!

Will unaccredited state licensed or approved schools be labeled as diploma mills?
Or states will have their own definition for diploma mills?

I'm not defending any unaccredited school, I think the term diploma mill will need to be defined for legal purposes, what it is and what it isn't.

A bill that would make the use of bogus credentials a Class D felony, punishable by a prison sentence of up to five years.
Most likely defines what is a bogus credential.
