    BZZZZZT! Sorry, but thanks for playing!

    They stole the entire web site of WES and hide their domain name registration information behind a proxy. Not only are they not legitimate, I wouldn't be surprised were their purpose to bilk international students out of their money!

    I assumed their illegitimacy from their using 69.16.210.18, which is the same as several others including echoe.org

    If you "Google" their main phone number, it is the same as WES. Either they copied the site and didn't even bother to change the phone numbers (makes no sense....) or, this is a new entity associated with WES..
