Burnett International University in Haiti's MSN program is exactly the same as the one the Medical Unversity of the Americas defunct program used to offer. MUA was on the ODA list so it had limited utility. What is the connection between Burnett and MUA if any, and is this program (Burnett) seen as GAAP? They indicate they are accredited in Haiti.
