We have been asked to admit a graduate of this school to our MSc in Physical Therapy program.
The Postgraduate School seems to have been affiliated with the SMAE Institute in Maidenhead, Berkshire, England, as well as the Royal Institute of Health Sciences in Bhutan (their names each appear on the transcript). The transcript indicates a three-year program of study consisting of approx. 40 courses and notes "30 June 1994 completed BSc. in Physiotherapy".
The Postgraduate School has apparently closed and the SMAE Institute now concentrates of training podiatrists and chiropodists.
Does anyone have any information on the Postgraduate School and/or the SMAE Institute? The 2003 Bear's Guide is pretty non-committal. Are (were) they accredited? Authorized to confer a BSc?

    Thanks,

    transcript faked!!

I have been advised by the Director of Studies for the SMAE Institute that the transcript I received is a forgery. Amongst other "errors" on the transcript, the B.Sc. was never offered, the program was always a diploma course.
