ACICS and Excelsior?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I did use the search feature and went through about 24 pages of links but still couldn't find an answer.

Does anyone know if Excelsior accepts credits/degrees from and ACICS accredited school? If not can anyone recommend a similiar college that does?

Excelsior College does not accept credits from ACICS-accredited schools per se. Here is a current, relevant link which mentions forms of credit recognized by the school:
