    How binding this agreement?

I understand that Sorbone is using this to add credebility to their VAE degrees.

    Newbies:

    Please note:

    - That said declaration nary mentions the "VAE" word or phrase or dictum.

    - That quoting a proper document which is cited (for certain shilling reasons) from the website of a slimy operation, is slimy at best.

    - That there is a difference between the un-slimy "Sorbonne" and the slimy "Sorbon" and that the document is posted and coited from the slimy "Sorbon's" website.

    - That our illustrious if under-manned ODA in Oregon (may its tribe increase!) has a wonderful declaration:

"U. Francophone R. de Sorbon France, Maine, Switzerland, Florida and the Comoro Islands - Degrees issued by this entity are invalid for use in Oregon under ORS 348.609(a) because the entity has no legal authority from any recognized government to issue degrees. Its claim of authority from France is inaccurate and its claim of authority from the Comoro Islands is meaningless. Run from Florida by Jean Prade. AACRAO has concluded that the entity has no authority to issue degrees. Claims of AACRAO approval made by an organization called AUAP are inaccurate. Swedish government rejects its degrees. Not the same as 'Sorbonne', which refers to three government-recognized universities in Paris."

No US-EU pact or any pact can condone sliminess and deception in the award or recognition of slimy "degrees."

Unless I am wrong, Newbies. But I think not.

    Thanks.

    ;)

Wile I agree with majority of Jake_A comments one thing can be assured is that the posting of the link and the agreement was not for certain shilling reasons, but for intellectual exchange and information, wile the site posting this agreement is what Jake_A
states, yet the agreement is very interesting document that outlines some level of mobility and mutual recognition and other education related cooperation between EU and USA.

I'm interested to find out how this agreement if at all and what effect it has on bachelor degrees earned in EU (Bolonga 3 year format) from recognized institutions.

Also if this agreement can be used by non RA mostly NA university graduates in Europe to further the recognition of their diplomas.
