Does anyone have more info on: St. George's University, St. George's, Grenada / St. Kitts beyone what is on the ODA site and Dr. Bear's Degree Mill book?

Seems like the government is being coy about it. Where would you rank the authenticity of a medical degree from this institution?

Just want to compare my opinion to others.

The Medical Board of California, which is supposed to have relatively stringent criteria, includes St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada on their list of recognized medical schools.

Veterinary students from St. George's are accepted for clinical training at Oregon State University.

    St. George and St. George

I belive you are confusing two different schools as one.

The legitamate St George's University in Grenada is one of the few medical schools where one can practice in the US.

The other school is St. George Unversity International and is in St. Kitts on 22 Cayon Street. This one is dubious and is the school you see on the Oregon ODA list.

Thanks guys, that clears it up. The reference I saw had the legitimate school by wrong island.

What is your take on this DETC-accredited school for an MBA? Which end of the gray area does this fall into?

    California Coast University

    Hi Auditguy,

First let me apologize to you and the board for my spelling mistake. I was in a hurry to leave and did not preview my message.

You may want to start a new thread for the California Coast question to get some response. Posters may not be looking for Cal Coast inquiries under the St. George thread. Also, double check the search feature to see if it may be working. California Coast University has been a popular topic in the past.
