I have been told in the past that I have a keen eye for the obvious. With that in mind, I have a few questions that Mr. Dunbar, or some other knowledgeable person, might answer. Such as Novak or maybe even Sunshine.
1) If Mr. Dunbar was, as he stated, just doing his job, why would he accept the $5,000? Wouldn't his travel expenses be picked up by his government if he was simply doing his job?
2) What happened to the money?
3) Did the trip actually take place?
