I don't follow this stuff too closely so in reading the above listing by galanga I did not recognize the name "Faciann." I plugged it into google and out popped a whole bunch of listings that indicate that "Dr." Jallah Faciann is the Dean of Studies at SRU. He also had some connections to Robertstown but I didn't bother to look further. It's fascinating to see where all this is leading.

Just so. This stuff gets better and better--and it's been banned elsewhere!

Yes, it most certainly is, isn't it! And thanks to George for providing it... and for whatever else he's responsible for in terms of helping authorities nail these creeps! George and his family take so much merciless, godawful, often unspeakable heat in other fora and on AED; and have been threatened, etc. What he's done, and is doing, is both admirable and courageous; and on the off chance that no one has adequately thanked him for his ceaseless battle against this bunch of low-life diploma mill miscreants, I would like to...

    Thank you, George. Thank you!

Really? That's certainly interesting, isn't it. It's telling, indeed, about a forum that bans this information. Telling, indeed.

Hmm. I wonder what one has to do to get on the SRU "deadbeat" list... figure out it's a scam before one finishes paying? Or beginning to pay?

Seems like a place of honor, to me.

Wasn't it just a few months ago that SRU was insisting that they had absolutely no connection to the state of Washington?

I bet the contents of all those disks is going to be a sight to see! :D

    banned?

I think the concern (thus the removal of a post) came from skittishness about whether the material was really public or not. Since it was obtained by a reporter who paid for a copy at the courthouse in Spokane, it really IS publicly available. Everyone can, in theory, contact the courthouse to learn what is required to obtain their own personal copy. But the requirements might be impractical: it's possible that they might not copy/mail documents in exchange for a credit card (or in-advance check) payment. I don't know the procedures followed by that office.

I think the "banning" of the list was probably motivated as much by caution as anything else.

It is an amazing list of stuff, isn't it? DEPT. OF ED STICKERS!! Holy Toledo!

It is blindingly obvious, and has been for a few years now, that the whole St Regis cluster is a spectacular fraud. Any chatlist that won't allow the subject to be discussed is obviously controlled by degree mills, just as the scum-shovelers are obviously mill shills. There is no other explanation for refusing to discuss a subject that is being discussed everywhere else in higher ed and in the newspapers.

I ask anyone who still doubts the evidence to consider the fundamental purposes of the Secret Service, Postal Inspection Service, U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation and so on.

The government has worked to determine the true nature of what is going on with the St. Regis fraud - much of which cannot be posted to this or any other list - and is dealing with it as only the government can. This takes time and patience. We who work in the government may be slow and we may make good targets, but we do have the tools to deal with certain situations.

What pleases me most is that this is just the beginning of action. Watch this space.

    Good-bye, Dixie.

"Annie Hall" and also affidavit sections 110 - 112

Do you remember the scene in Annie Hall in which Woodie Allen and Diane Keaton are standing in line at a theater, and Allen is annoyed to pieces by a fellow expounding on Marshall McLuhan's ideas? It is a wonderful revenge fantasy: Allen suddenly pulls Marshall McLuhan out from behind a sign in the lobby. McLuhan thoroughly berates the poor guy while Allen looks on in satisfaction.

Let's set the scene for something akin to Allen's experience with McLuhan, but with Allen replaced by a balding "typical loudmouthed Jew" physics professor whose family members are called names like "that Jew bitch" (and much worse), and whose minor child receives obscene messages from (the allies of??) the SRU gang.

We'll replace McLuhan by agents of the U.S. Secret Service, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington, the U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement Bureau, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the Office of the Attorney General of Washington State, and the Spokane, Washington Police Department.

We will also replace that unlucky guy waiting to buy a movie ticket by all those people visited in formal and informal fashions by the various agencies' various officers on August 11.

The substitution for the irritating monologue about McLuhan's ideas is the large number of vile postings to militaryforums.com that started last June. (You may have seen some of them.) There was a lot of this sort of thing, and it included a faked AP story and faked memo from a university administrator. There are also obscene messages sent to the minor child.

You might be curious what triggered the foray into attacks on family members. A hint, based on the timing of things, is contained in the search warrant affidavit :
Sometime after this (perhaps when the SRU folks realized that the boxes had disappeared), they flipped out. The vile postings to militaryforums.com started up some weeks later. Ditto the obscene messages to the minor child.

So the replacement for the irritating blather about Marshall McLuhan is the large set of insults and slurs placed into cyber space by the SRU gang.

The replacement for the subsequent revelation that McLuhan was waiting in the wings is, of course, the fact that an investigation had been going on for about a year, and its [NOTE: no apostrophe in "its"] sudden, dramatic unveiling. Armed federal agents. Truckloads of seized conputers and documents. Diplomatic ID's. Saint Regis stuff everywhere. James Monroe stuff everywhere. Seborga stuff everywhere. Diplomas, diplomas, diplomas. Department of Education stickers. Credit cards in all sorts of names. Signature stamps. Sales records. An undercover meeting with Richard Novak and Abdulah Dunbar. Sale of advanced degrees to a "Syrian army chemist and engineer."

So how does all that play as an alternative to the scene in Annie Hall? It's an interesting reworking of the original, I would say.

And what might a balding, loudmouthed Jew physicist say about all this?

This is pure speculation, but maybe something like this:
    Also, perhaps this:

I agree 100% with what you stated here.
And to all who reads this I don't visit AED and post negative remarks.

I cluldnt express this in a better way so I simply agree with this post.

Funny, isn't it. Right after this disclaimer there appears on aed a statement about MY "funny accent persona" (whatever in blue h*** that may be) and a fake post about me pretending to be by another WELS clergyman.

    What a coincidence!

Give it up, Lerner. Game's over. Whatever minor credibility or misplaced sympathy you may have had here you have Chernobyled. No one has any good reason to believe anything you say. You and your little friends had best concentrate on your mourning rites for St Regis and similar bad jokes ("valiant man...fallen in the arena"). Never has a collective flight from reality tried to get airborne on so many concerted farts.

And, yes, not only my congratulations but my heartfelt thanks to galanga and all the various agencies and persons who hewed the Agag of SRU in pieces before the Lord at Spokane.

Boy, are you ever not getting it. That's very unusual for you... and I mean that. We may not always -- or hardly ever, actually -- agree, but I still have great respect for whatcha' got in yer brain pan, there. I sure wish you'd get the picture about Lerner, though. Your sympathy is misplaced. I mean, don't get me wrong... your sympathy (or, perhaps more accurately, your ability to empathize) just makes me like you more; but, seriously, it's wasted on Lerner. You're just not gettin' the whole picture, I think. I dunno.

What is the picture, or whole picture?

I have little sympathy for or empathy with any of you cyber wraiths. I do not know any of you and am not foolish enough to believe I could through this medium.

I think it's past time for you, Janko and others to pit or get off the shot on Lerner.

State your case and be specific. Say precisely what you are accusing him of and why. If you can not get off that shot them it is time for you to pit.

I have already been specific. If you don't understand my English have Lerner translate it into Russian for you. La dracu.

Maybe I should re-think my respect for the contents of your brain pan. I think everyone would agree that I've been painfully specific about Lerner throughout these fora. I'm not irresponsible. I don't just take pot-shots at people. There's always a reason for my criticism, and I'm never ambiguous about it. I think you need to go back and do some reading. I won't do the work twice for you. It's all there. Go find it. Happy reading.

I also think you need to not let your disdain for me color your assessment or behavior in this matter. I notice, lately, you blindly defend pretty much anything I criticise, and vice versa. That just makes you a bigot. Be fair minded. There's something to this. I'm not Chicken Little.
