Ah, poor Mr Dunbar. I recall when I talked to him at the Liberian Embassy he said only to call him on his cell phone, that only the NBOE was a legit Liberian accreditation agency (HA!), and he tried to steer me to St Regis--when what I was doing was enquiring about another LTW claiming Liberian accreditation but not part of NBOE. When I asked why I couldn't call him at the Embassy about what was, after all, Liberian government business, he explained that not everyone there was "reliable".

It was clear from the start that it was accreditation business.
Specially when they offered to sell it for 50K or less.

Think what Ministry of education accreditation will do for your school etc.

Bogus was writen all over this, and the schools that issued degrees for any reesume, no validation what so ever.
