A "search warrant return" is a written inventory of the property seized in a warrant-sanctioned search. It must be filed with the court in a timely fashion after the warrant is executed. The search warrant returns in the federal actions from August 11 concerning Saint Regis are public documents and are available from the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Washington.

The inventory for 3127 E. River Glen Drive, Colbert, Washington (Steve and Dixie Randock's home address) contains 46 entries. Many are uninformative as described in the warrant return ("43 various CD's"), but some are not:
    • #6: "Quantim III Consultants" [that may be Ishaq Shafiq's business. Shafiq was one of the SRU guys interviewed by Sandra Chapman when he visited the Chrysler plant in Indiana on behalf of SRU.]
    • #9: "Diplomatic DL [driver's license??], diplomatic ID, University Ministries card and Homeboy credit card"
    • #13: "Manual for University Services, Inc"
    • #15: "Various paperwork and corporate seal for AEIT, Inc. for 2003 Nevada"
    • #20: "Various ID's and credit cards in the name of Wendy Skaife, Dixie Randock,..." [Wendy Skaife was listed as the domain registrant for Miranda International University]
    • #24: "...UHO diplomatice drivers license, AEIT checkbook,..."
    • #30: "ABC Human Development, AEIT, Inc."
    • #32: "St. Regis University return envelopes"
    • #33: "Letterhead to St. Regis, JMU, Robertstown"
    • #35: "Black manual for Academic Credential Assessment Corporation"
    • #40: "Saint Regis University plaque 2004-2005"
    • #44: "Certificate for James Monroe University issued by the Republic of Liberia"

    also the computers, of course

Also, see entries 1 and 2 in the warrant return:

    "VIAO notebook computer, model #PCG-691L"

"Sony VIAO notebook computer, model #PCG-9J1L..."

But I see that the nasty people at MilitaryForums.com are at it again. Either somebody's still got a PC and a network connection, or they're posting from an Internet cafe now!

Does Breyer State fit in with this group? I once read that they were using the same address, etc.?

    BSU address

Breyer State and Canyon College are both in Idaho, and both were mentioned in emails described in the search warrant affidavit. But the BSU & CC addresses are not in the same town in ID.

A couple of years ago Breyer State issued dual degrees-- one from BSU and one from St. Regis. Also, BSU's president (Dominick Flarey) had been a St. Regis professor.

I wonder what the diplomatic ID and diplomatic drivers license stuff is about? Perhaps this relates to what Azad had been posting what has been going in in the SRU India office.

Actually, wasn't it 47 entries? What happened to Uncle Janko's doctoral diploma? :D
