    Not a "diploma mill." Didn't issue degrees.

    Blamed it on the dead guy. Niiiiiiice.:rolleyes:

    Not just Otterbein

    Eastern Oklahoma State College got burned too. In this case, the college president took the blame, and had to resign. See this story or this one.
