Reporting from inside mill

I was minding my own business when I noticed a BPPVE approval van stopping at a storefront pizza parlor. After BPPVE left upon awarding 90 day temporary approval certificate to the University of Rome I decided to stay and observe the proceedings.What followed left me dumbfounded.

One Prof. J. Basil Hemisphere (rather notorious IIRC)entered through a back door as several henchman unloaded computers and printers. He then announced his plan: to replace all accredited degrees in the world with unaccredited degrees! I was going to report this to police but then I remembered Seinfeld was on. I'll do it tomorrow.
