What will this nefarious cabal do now?

Asked another way: Under what name will this group of criminals and ne'er-do-wells re-emerge to keep doing what they've always done?

It is sad these criminals did not end paying the money they defrauded from people.

At the same time they have been identified and now have a public record as being degree mill owners so ANY activity by them will be followed closely
