I need all your valuable suggestions regarding the following:

The Principality National University (for which I have done web designing) President asked me to close down the present site (which is with Seborga recognition) and asked me to revamp the things.

He told me that he will seek approval from Department of Education of some other small Nation (Recognised by atleast several UN-Member Countries). Because he can not afford a lot of accreditation. Once he get the accreditation from some other small nation, he will start the PN University.

The University will have following strict policies:
    1) The PN University will offer few credits for Life Experience, but will not award the degree based on Life Experience.

    2) No Online only degree programs. The Online program will have courses and syllabus recommended by other major accredited Universities and examination will be conducted through Exam Center.

    3) Students can not make admissions online. They must go to the Study Center of the University and apply for programs. Even if they fill out the application form online, they will be directed to the Study Center or the Study Center will contact the student and complete the formalities.

    4) There will not be no technical degrees online. They must go to the study center and study for the Technical degrees.

    5) The fees will be fixed low and the Purchase of books has to be done by the students.

    6) The Correspondence courses will have printed materials and the examination will be conducted at exam centers.

Please advise me, if this operation will be legal, eligible and problem-free. I welcome your valuable suggestions and advises.

I have to decide whether to continue with this web designing work for this University or not.

    Please suggest.

I can't. Really. Not in English, anyway.

  3. Smells like fish....

    Azad,
Just when I thought we had reached a point of you more or less understanding what the difference is between a legitimate operation and a spurious one, you go and send something like this to get our "suggestions".....

Well, my suggestion to you is to get out of the business of doing web work for so-called "universities" because you clearly are unable to discern a legitimate from an illegitimate operation.

This current boondoggle you are asking us about smells very very fishy, one could almost say it has an odeur de Randock about it...... (see Janko? I can't use English either to describe this.... lol)

    Not really

Many mills try to excuse their non-accreditation with such statements. But in fact they don´t have real programs and sell degrees. Thatswhy they don´t get ever a real accreditation.
If there would be a genuine interest to offer good education this would happen in well-known states and not in "any small nations". For example this "University" could also offer its "programs" at the beginning as state licensed in the United States. But there seem to be no interest...
Other (fake) schools also state that it´s very hard to earn one of their degrees. But if you´ve a credit card it´s not a problem then.

I don´t believe you´ve really changed suddenly. You´re advertising here for a later mill, I think.
    That´s ridiculous!
