Being an Indian and living in India, I could not understand about the Distance Education COUNSEL recognition from India Country's Education Ministry (as claimed by this fake diploma mill)

They also claim UCAS Affiliation???

I don't know whether the Honourable President of the so-called legitimate (??) diploma mill is thinking that everybody are fools to believe his/her claims???

Similar story was before as...
NBOE is the Accreditation body recognized by the Republic of Liberia.
NBOE owns St Regis University, but does not recognize it.
St Regis University is directly recognized by the Ministry of Education.


A long back:
St Regis University is owned by AEIT.
AEIT is a Payment processing firm for many Universities and companies (Owned by St Regis alone???)
AEIT is a third party payment processor and have no relationship with St Regis other than payment processing.
But still AEIT owns the St Regis.

When they were in Domnica...
St Regis University is recognized by many Accreditation agencies created by the owner of St Regis.
St Regis University is in Domnica and have nothing to do with US.
St Regis University degrees are issued under laws and regulations of the United States of America (As stated in their DIPLOMA).

Again now..
St Regis University has nothing to do with US as they are claiming to be from Liberia.
The founder, owner, President and staff(!?) of the University stays outside the Liberia.
St Regis University had never been in USA. (True! The University had never been...only a diploma mill was).
But all its operators are living in the USA.

St Regis group will never give a single or clear reply except scolding others and telling stories...

The lady owner also have many porn websites...

It seems that the St Regis group will do anything for money... Selling bogus documents... from diplomas to passports(even diplomatic passports)... selling schools from School Accreditation council...

There will be an end for all these crimes as the Law will not keep quite always.

Real History

The St Regis University was never accredited or never operated as a Brick and Mortar Schools. Nobody in Monrovia/Domnica know about the St Regis...

The St Regis University and many many many other fake universities were operated by Dixie Ellen Randock from her residence for years and years.

She had even told that she had invested millions of dollars in a Carebian Bank (may be under the guidance of her best friend and Registrar of the university) and the said bank had closed and ran away with the money. (It was her claim in an email to me).

Dixie Randock was operating the schools with various US Addresses (mostly the Mail drop addresses).

Dixie Randock had to register the University(!?) in Domnica as the US laws were strict.

Then Dixie came to know about Liberian embassy through the Registrar of the University (who was running around the embassies) and who was a friend of the Dixie Randock from her schooling(Childhood).

Somebody named Bestman, Porte etc were in touch (I can send the details through Personal email, which we have collected for submitting to the Intelligence Agency of the Government) with Dixie Randock and very later she had realised that Dr. Bestman was not the director. I have a doubt that how come, Porte and the concerned registrar (who visited liberia) did not come to know that the Bestman was not the authority???

They have sent Computers etc to Bestman to open SRU office in Monrovia...but all of the sudden..Bestman was removed from St Regis group.

The owner of the St Regis knows to forge documents...whether it is accreditation or Passport...She will add or substract information from any document.

All of the sudden..she hosted a website for Regis University and sold degrees in the name of Regis University. She had also claimed that the Regis University (bogun one created by her) is the No.2 in MBA education(!?)

She had also hosted fake embassy websites and started selling Passports (including Diplomatic Passport)...Then honor society came up...then her fake Department of Education website to sell accreditation...then a fake website for Higher Education Commission...then a fake website for Accreditation Council..then a fake website with the name of Distance Education Council, India...a lot and lot more fake websites to list...

She suddenly started selling refugee documents through her fake liberian embassy site...

I have enought evidences for her fake operations including her fake notarizations/apostilles/embassy letters etc...

Well, I guess that I would have some concerns for my personal safety if I was holding evidence of the criminal activities of an antisocial individual. I'm sure she won't want to go to jail.
