I recommend the external degree programs of University of London (UK) or University of South Africa (Unisa). Both universities are internationally well-known. Their academic standards are retained by their own rigid examination systems. The costs should be very affordable but you expect to be used to taking public examinations.

Your link is wrong--it's not a .edu address, it's a .com.

Columbus has no reputation in the education field because it is not recognized as a university by any educational authority. It's degrees are not useful in many employment situations. Where they are useful, it is likely due to a misunderstanding (someone thinking the degree is from an actual university). Finally, such a degree can bring great scorn and embarassment if found out. It already has to one high government official.
