On April 5, 2005 the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii entered a stipulated permanent injunction and final judgment against Empire University (a Hawaii corp) and Tchang Bahrk (a NY residcent).

Under the terms of the agreed-upon judgment, Empire is enjoined from operating any degree granting institution in, from or under the color of Hawaii law. Empire also agreed to a offer restitution to its students/graduates and pay fees, costs and penalties of $5,000.

The stipulated judgment will be posted in the near future online at <http://www.hawaii.gov/dcca/areas/oc...nts/un_schools/>

LOL! Uncle, you are a riot!

To all: Please imagine this cartoon appearing in your local daily newspaper:

Jeffrey is climbing the "curreck" tree to pluck some unaccredited fruit from up above. Uncle standing on the ground looking up at Jeffrey to check Jeffrey's progress, while Jeffrey looks down, towards Uncle, with a perplexed look that says something like: "Huh?"

    LOL!

    Jeffrey, great job, once again!

How can we clone you many times over and place you in the AG offices of several US states where blatant diploma mills, conniving and deceitful operators and shills and unaccredited and un-wonderful schools are known to proliferate and operate, largely unimpeded and unencumbered by lax or non-existent higher education consumer protection/enforcement regulations?

    More grease to your elbow!

    Thanks.
