On March 23, 2005 the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii entered a stipulated permanent injunction and final judgment against Earthnet Institute (a Hawaii corp) and George A. Wolford.

Under the terms of the agreed-upon judgment, ENI is enjoined from operating any degree granting institution in, from or under the color of Hawaii law. ENI also agreed to a offer restitution to its students/graduates and pay fees, costs and penalties of $1,500.

The stipulated judgment will be posted in the near future online at <http://www.hawaii.gov/dcca/areas/ocp/summaries_judgments/un_schools/>

It's better to light a fire under a millist's ass than to curse the darkness.
