  1. I know that the New Owner of PWU see this Wonderful Media Forum, so, this is a Direct Message to PWU New owner (Oriental) because maybe, you do not know about the thing that I would say.

In the Past, Forte do a very terrible error: he sue Dr. Bear with no reason and never win a case against Dr. Bear. (John never talk bad things against PWU, only, the things that he sees) That cause suffering to John and his family.

So, now that you, new owner, are updating PWU in a great way, call John and His Family, and make an apology. I know that the error is not you fault new owner, but in a matter of politesse, make that apology.

In addition, other thing, now that you are updating in a great way PWU, tried to receive the orientation of an expert in distance learning: other reason to call John.

In addition, you can call maybe, Dr. Douglas or the excellent Mary A [She is two for two, her help two universities to archive accreditation].

Now that you are updating PWU, execute the update in a great way.

Wait a minute, didn't you say PWU was under new ownership? Why the cryptic post? Why not just post the information?

In search of a simpler, more plausible hypothesis....

He was asked a while ago if he was a lawyer her an elswhere but we still don't know the answer ... well he hasn't told us what we think may be the case.

    John Bear:
You're wrong. Pacific Western never sued me, or even threatened to sue me. Philip Forte was not thrilled with a lot of things I said and wrote about his school, but he treated me politely, and even bought me a drink once in San Francisco.

    Dr. Latin Juris,

I just noticed that Earl Mindell, R.Ph., Ph.D., author of the famed "Vitamin Bible" is on PWU's Academic Advisory Committee. I dare say, things are looking better over there! I still have a dog eared copy of his book at home.

  7. No doubt about that.

Pacific Western University – California is updating incredibly fast.

(Japan Power and Money are investing in California)

In addition, they have now Dr. Shim; he writes more that 30 books, very impressive. And many other new-fangled Japanese doctors and Professors.

I'm tickled to learn that. Let's hope they do continue growing into an unaccredited powerhouse. I wonder how long it will take until we see their price going up? In the meantime, I'm betting BIG Las Vegas dollars that Hawaii Five 0 ends up wishing they had never gone to court with them! Consumer fraud? Their catalog is excellent. It's clear. Anyone going to them should know exactly what they are and aren't getting.

Warning to newbies, these two aliases are big time supporters of diploma mills and academic fraud. PWU is a California state approved (it's a sad shameful story, isn't it) diploma mill that is currently being sued by the state of Hawaii for the regular PWU diploma mill behaviors that violate Hawaii law. Do not let this thread about this diploma mill trick you. Do a search on this forum for plenty of evidence about the despicable nature of this operation.

    No.

Please pardon my incomplete, truncated rumination and replace the above with the following correction:

    Honest and sincere DL education/degree-seekers:

Caveat emptor buttressed by (US) State-Approval/Consumer Protection oversight PLUS legitimate RA/CHEA/USDoE-recognized/(or foreign equivalent) - is where you should draw the line.

Casting aspersions aside, I would hope that one sees that this combination constitutes a better guarantee of quality for one than mere "caveat emptor."

    Thanks.

Dr Martin Luther once said that even an ass can quote Scripture. I see Karl Popper has met with a biblical fate.
