    Moscow Economic School

This school claims accreditation that is granted by the Department of Education of the city of Moscow

the certificate looks deferent from all other Russian Certificates of accreditation I ever seen - maybe because this is only for high school

Then they list this accreditation by International council of schools and Europian council of schools.

I don't know what are this organizations and if there is a value to their accreditation.

The third certificate is accreditation by Russian Academy of education.

Now I didn't know that academy in russia can accredit schools.

Also they are member in International bacalariat somting
are they awarding degrees as well.

This is all new to me.

    Stanislav what do you say?

anyone knows if this is real?

    Thanks

The International Baccalaureate Organization is certainly legitimate and does list a "Russian Economic School".

See here for a list of university admission policies. (I did do a few spot checks and those were accurate) - only some of the universities that accept the IB diploma are present.

Edit:Note the IB is actually concerned with primary and secondary schooling - it doesn't actually offer degree programs and every school is required to follow the same syllabus and sit the same examinations (at least for the diploma programme).
