If a pug got a 3.3, I'm pretty sure my cat could get at least a 3.8

The dog diploma is following a trend... there was a news story a few months ago about a federal investigator's cat getting an MBA from Trinity Southern. If the cat gets the MBA and the dog gets the BBA, it not only proves that cats are smarter than dogs but ups the ante for the next news story. I wonder what degree "Mr. Chubby Hamster" will be able to attain.

more than an AA, I would guess.

Well, we know the majority of pigeons qualify for an AA degree from the Branford Academy Preparatory High School. Are hamsters smarter than pigeons? Maybe. If so, they would rate a BA in an easy subject like... [oh, what an opportunity to start a flame war!]

And don't forget the ULC ordination, which can be awarded in only three minutes.

    Galanga,

I'll tell you what's more bizarre than piegons with degrees. The fact that the guy's head on the piegon's body looks EXACTLY like me.
