Dr. Mills and Berne are not "acting together"

Check this out about Berne University. It seems that even the Academic Dean Dr. Frank Mills (who is a Kittitian and not a US citizen/ but enjoys a professor job @ UVI in USVI is coughing up the real facts as of today that he has just been a figurehead in the NEW "ownership" of Berne in PA. Here is a UVI professor who sits on US Middle States comittees and is not acting ethically as a Berne University Academic Dean? Maybe he needs to get out of his UVI job and just go full core "scam." What does it take to end this bogus university?

I received your telephone message well after work hours this evening. I have been reading your recent detailed comments to Berne administrators. Please let me explain that the term "Academic Dean" as it applied to me and Berne had meaning in the previous administration; the title has remained, but without the regular functions that are associated
with this position.

It is notable that you say to me that "you are involved", and thus I should bear some responsibility for your current student status. Let me repeat that I have no decision-making authority in respect of the administration of Berne. Your case is handled entirely by the Berne office in Pittsburgh. Please therefore forward all your comments and suggestions about "scam" and references to "making a lot of money" to those offices. I can further assure you that I know absolutely nothing about the finances of Berne.
