Seems a few former Berne professors and students have been in touch with the St. Kitts Government and it appears that Berne University is no longer accredited there (by their reports). My sources state that the Govt. has pulled their accreditation as they no longer have an office or any facilities there and they let all of their St. Kitts faculty members go. I was told all three of the St. Kitts Professors quit due to non-payment issues (same reason as Knisley and others who use to work there). Any word on Knisley (Berne's former Provost turned State/Federal Witness) as to how his court suit in New Hampshire turned out? Earlier threads state he did OK. Maybe Alan can help us out here again.

A report (here, I think) a couple of weeks ago was that he won a $46,000 judgment, and Berne did not appeal. Someone with Lexis should be able to confirm this.
