I recieved this email, can anyone tell me the status of Trinity International University is it a reall or what

"You contacted Trinity International University a USA degree awarding University with French Recognition some time ago. You may have asked what courses of study we provide or you may as a well qualified and experienced person wished to proceed your degree by way of Evaluation. However you will need to be evaluated by the University Evaluation Services an Independent Evaluation Services based PO BOX 38 MANCHESTER M9 7GD UK, they will need to recommend you to us for Graduation. You will need to reach the criteria set by us to enable this to happen. To proceed to graduation on a studied course please e-mail us initially to determine if we can provide a course in your field of study. We have over 40 courses available. You may wish to fill in the Application on the website for a full Evaluation. However to receive full transfer credits you will need to fax all previous academic and work experience as well as 2 Referees who can vouch for your qualifications to the University direct on 001 806 734 5030. Life experienced degrees we do not offer and credit for well documented Life Qualified Experience amounts to 10%. We do allow more under our French VAE system but it must be related work experience and well documented. Details of experience as is related to your degree together with your Transcripts of Studies can be faxed to us together with your CV. However the University would prefer you to use the Professional Evaluation Service in UK. You can also send all required documentation by way of attachments. Our degrees are now equated as been of at the same level of Accreditation as a regionally Accredited USA Degree. This is because of French Recognition of our Establishment as a Higher Learning University. If you are Evaluated and qualify for a degree award we can offer you a Free Credential Evaluation Report normally $200 will be extended until the 30 of October 2004. This Report from an Accredited Independent Evaluation Service Recognised by the USA Dept of Education After this date if we do not hear from you we will sadly have to delete your name from our files and if you have sent documentation but for whatever reason did not precede to graduation these will be destroyed. Looking up the postcode on a map shows the location to be what, when I lived in that part of Manchester, used to be a public toilet. Possible a very appropriate previous use for such a business.
