This one is new to me: Nobel University, claiming to be a California entity. Your PC will recommend that you install a Korean character set to best view the site.

    Address is given here:

    3450 Wilshire Blvd, #210
    Los Angeles, CA 90010-1224
    phone: (213) 351-9912
    fax: (213) 351-9851

That address and phone number is also used by the "CNC Medical Center." See
    http://www.phonenumber.com/2321/search/Reverse_Address?search_id=1506352509&lower=11

Look at the orientation of the vertical text "NOBEL UNIVERSITY" on the entry page's photograph: the "U" aligns reasonably well with the horizontal defined by the row of windows. But the alignment gets worse and worse moving towards the top and bottom. I have enclosed an enlarged picture, with parallel lines superposed, to illustrate this.

    There are almost no "faculty."

The domain nobelu.ac is registered this way:

Ag shame. Who needs faculty? Apparently Messrs. Cho and Lee are going to run the thing by remote control.

Went Poking around their website more

I don't think I would qualify this as "almost no faculty" either.

Galanga, I don't think you did your research on this school.

    Re: ???

I mean that it shows a doctored photo with "Nobel University" pasted onto the exterior of a high-rise building. We are meant to believe that this is a Nobel U building, with the name "Nobel University" spanning 10 floors of the structure.

I mean that the course catalog lists 71 courses. New students are admitted every quarter, so many of the courses will need to restart several times per year. Many (most?) of their faculty are far from LA. That leaves quite a teaching load for those on-site.

It's a California school, but the president appears to be based in Korea.

    Stuff like that.
