    Need your advice!

Is there any recognized or approved US university that is allowed to grant professional doctoral degrees, e.g. DBA or a Ph.D.?

Is there any difference between a recognized or approved university?

Are recognized or approved universities to compare with diploma mills?

Sorry for my English and thanks for your help.

In the USA there are several categories that might be used to describe universities in terms of their general acceptance. The most commonly used terms include "accredited," "unaccredited," "nationally accredited," "state approved," and "smelly" (if I may coin a term). The safest bet are the accredited schools. They are universally recognized for their ability to demonstrate a substantial level of quality. There are many accredited universities that offer professional doctoral degrees. If you can say something about what specific areas of study that most interest you then members will be able to point you toward specific university programs.

OK, business degrees are not really my thing so hopefully others will pile on.
    Try looking at these schools:
    Capella University
    Touro International University
If you're willing to consider a non-US university there are some in Australia such as:
    Charles Sturt University
    Central Queensland University
Does Henley (UK) have a program?
And, of course, there's always UNISA.
    Good luck,
    Jack
