On August 17, 2004 the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii entered a stipulated permanent injunction and final judgment against Cambridge State University (a Delaware corp).

Under the terms of the agreed-upon judgment, CSU is enjoined from operating any degree granting institution in, from or under the color of Hawaii law. CSU also agreed to a limited restitution program to any students who enrolled or graduated between July 1, 2002 and July 1, 2004. The court also imposed civil penalties of $25,000 suspended on condition that all other terms of the judgment are complied with.

The full text of stipulated judgment is online at <http://www.state.hi.us/dcca/ocp/case_info.html>
