    It's not Indiana State.

It's the independent Indiana U. student newspaper.

That is true, but they are being either dishonest or poor readers. Neither seems to be a quality to be admired in a university.

It is clearly taken from a student newspaper and is not the official position of the university.

My thoughts too. Here is the story from the IDS news.

"OUR VIEW Employers, not the states, should safeguard themselves against phony diplomas. "

    Not exactly supporting KWU.

You are the one who mentioned Indiana State. KWU's page does not.

Click on the link For the Media and look at the lower right of the page, and you will see where KWU made the headline, not me!

Yes, exactly -- KWU writes "Indiana University" and plcscott writes "Indiana State." Not the same. Though both are equally wrong.

Yes that was an accident, I see what you are saying now.

Either way the title on KWU's website suggest that Indiana University supports the KWU lawsuit. Is that what this article is stating? Does Indiana University support the KWU lawsuit, or is this title misleading?

Surely IU does not. Surely not.

    IU does NOT!

    First from: http://www.idsnews.com/subsite/about/

And even the editorial staff was not infavor of KWU, but only against the wording of the law:

So like much of what THOSE kind of schools say, the KWU insinuation was wrong, misleading, and an attempt to legitimize the illegitimate.
