    I have recently received 5 separate e-mails heade European Council for Home and Online Education each leading to the site www.fastttack.biz.


    Giving the echoe reference it is probably the old University Degree Program under a different nameThe site is registered to a US address

    1311 pace ave tacoma wa 98444 (probaly false or a mail drop)
