The Robertstown University site http://www.ru-edu.ac/index.htm is promoting a "UNESCO Directive-based Assessment Degree Program" according to email that landed in my inbox recently.

That email message specified [email protected] as its return path, as did a recent email message from ACAC (Academic Credential Assessment Corporation) with subject "Earn an Accredited College Degree by Passing Competency Exams." (So ACAC isn't independent of Robertstown either!)

This particular Robertstown site continues to present a campus slideshow with Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Winston Churchill, PhotoShop'd into a different locale.

As is the case with Saint Regis, Robertstown now requires that clients fill out an application. It is interesting to note the URL of the form: the file is ru_vae_apply.htm with, one might imagine, "VAE" standing for "Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience" as described by supporters of Université Francophone Robert Sorbon. Interesting... perhaps this is a new fad among non-RA organizations.

Robertstown's tuition page informs us that "A percentage of all tuitions and fees will directly support education in the third world as well as UNESCO and UNICEF." Do recall that the set of real numbers spans positives, negatives, as well as zero.
