Robertstown Photoshop University

Recall that a Robertstown campus building very much like Blenheim Palace used to appear on the RU site. Another interesting Robertstown graphical anomaly is the pixel size mismatch on the accreditation certificate from the Commission on Higher Education Ministry of Liberia.

Notice how much sharper is the text "With Official headquarters in Monrovia... issuance" in comparison with everything else, such as "Given under my hand...." In particular, the pixel sizes are different. It is as if the new document is a Photoshop'd modification to an original document, with the paragraph above the "Given under my hand..." sentence added later. Curious.
