The spam email points out that "many intuitions utilize accelerated learning." Looking at the message's underlying html shows it to hold various links to www.computeach2003.com whose entry page is titled "FAST TRACK DIPLOMA PLAN."

This page promises

and I'm sure I've seen those doubled colons elsewhere as a text spacer.

If you look at the page, note the web tracker symbol http://t1.extreme-dm.com/i.gif at the bottom: it links to http://t.extreme-dm.com/?login=ivoiremk . Clicking on the blue planet will show you the hit stats for the page. The stats page names the whatever-it-is "Wanker University!"

It appears that www.ivoiremarketing.com displays the same content as www.computeach2003.com .
