As I understands, there have been lot said of the Barrington Uni on this site n other discussion forums.

why dont you do a search on Barrington on this site and see what comes.

Barrington has been mentioned many times here and elsewhere. I do not recall anyone having anything positive to say about this unaccredited venture. It's been around quite a while, so really has no excuse for not seeking accreditation. At one point, it claimed accreditation for the un-real International Association of Universities and Colleges.

Unaccredited business operaitng in the gray area between out right scams and the lower end of the accredited scale.

Located in a jurisdiction with lax oversight and lax laws.

It has a business license so it is operating legally. The utility of the any award from them is very doubtfull.

 

Many have called it a degree mill.

Additionally, it's moved across state lines so many times, it's a joke.

My advice would be to either avoid it like the plague or, if you're already enrolled, to bite the bullet, cut your losses, and find a properly accredited program.

The Barrington degree is likely to blow up in your face when you least expect it.
