National DB of school scam artists

Here in my state, we sometimes find that the people who have come in and opened an unlicensed/unaccredited school and then taken the money and run have done so in other states. We run background checks but just for our state.
Is there some resourse we can use to look up people's names nationally to check out their background? A national scam artists DB as it were.
