Is this the legitimate Staffordshire University -- which is sometimes called "Stafford University", and which does offer at least a B.Sc. in Construction Management, but I think one would have to go to England to take it?

Or is it the "Stafford University" that George Gollin has identified as one of the names used by the Romanian mill?

I couldn't find such a Master's degree at Staffordshire University. But Stafford University does explicitly name "Construction Management" as one of its programmes.

Unfortunately a lot of people who have been to the legitimate Staffordshire University refer to it as Staffrod University. Makes it a bit difficult to distinguish on the web

I have noted various unaccredited schools come up from time to time in the Excelsior Live & Learn and alumni notes in the publications of other schools. Excelsior typically makes a disclaimer and states in the publication: "While we cannot authenticate every Hats Off entry, we trust that the information provided to us by our alumni is accurate." So, if Mr. Ellsworth wants to make his bogus degree something to be proud of he may be setting the fuse for a future time bomb.
