The International College of Homeland Security web site has been revived, same URL and IP, same domain registration (Dr. Richard J. Hoyer, PO Box 17637, Rochester, NY 14617) as before.

However, the ICHS contact-us page now lists "Roger Phillips" instead of Richard J. Hoyer.

Visitors to the site are informed that

This is a delay of one to two years relative to the original schedule described in the ICHS site a few months ago. Perhaps there was a loss of luggage en route to Switzerland?

There is no mention of hot-bunking with the Private Research Institute of Modulated Energies staff anymore.

The FAQ section is a little unclear concerning the presence or absence of an online program:

The site doesn't list any faculty. Does Switzerland have good industrial safety enforcement? Maybe leakage from PRIME's GKA facility zapped the professors.
