This misquotation didn't originate here ("me please which way I ought to walk from here" gets 162 hits on Google). But I could have sworn the correct wording was:

"Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to," said the Cat.
"I don't much care where—," said Alice.
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go," said the Cat.

Hey Mark!

You had something to do with closing this nonsense down? Good on you! Over here in England, ruthless businessmen are ripping off thousands of gullible people using similar scams. In this case though they do offer training (of a sort), but it is usually delivered by unqualified people using out of date material. I've had three or four approach me asking me to lend my name to their courses for a small consideration - apparently this is quite common practice.

The people who fall for it are those who are desperate to get their feet on the first rung on the UK employment ladder - often single parents and refugees. Those who can least afford it.

So I was heartened to read about this success. Well done

(sorry this isn't strictly Carrollian)!
