Al Qasim not on the list

I see that "Al Qasim University" with web site URL http://www.aqu.edu.pk/ is not on the list.

    From the AQ site:
With its .pk domain suffix it would seem that AQ ought to be on the list if it is legitimate.

The site's IP is 66.96.82.254. The ISP handling that address is in Florida:

    OrgName: HIVELOCITY VENTURES CORP
    OrgID: HVC-3
    Address: 475 CENTRAL AVENUE
    City: ST PETERSBURG
    StateProv: FL
    PostalCode: 33701
    Country: US
    NetRange: 66.96.80.0 - 66.96.95.255

The AQ domain registration info is this:
