    Dear All,

What if someone I know has received an offer to teach for a non-RA school? What if this school is not so wonderful? Could this person get in trouble for committing such an act? What would your advice be for this person? Thanks

I suspect the worst that could happen is some embarrassment -- as experienced by those profiled in the Kennedy-Western article in the Chronicle a few years ago.

When I was full-time at a CA community college, several adjunct faculty also taught at non-RA state approved schools. They did not appear to have any problem (and usually described it as "pretty easy money").

By the way, none of them taught for Kennedy-Western.
