Indonesian Vice President bought honorary doctorate from AWU

    Even the honorary doctorate is getting him in trouble because it it believed to be used to enhance his pretige with voters. What I got a kick out of the article was when he claimed that he paid $2000 for the degree and Maxine Asher said such a degree would cost $5000.:D

    It was indeed called "Senior University" in 2000, but is it worth telling them that it was subsequently renamed "Stratford University"? They're apparently quoting from an old Web page http://www.thedistancelearning.com/canada/of122.htm, and may not be aware of the current Website http://www.sfiu.edu.
