    Hi

    I plan on taking an online MBA from Columbia Southern University http://www.colsouth.edu based in Alabama. They are accredited by DETC and CHEA, both of which are recognized by the US dept of Education.

    Has anyone heard anything about them, bad or good?

    Have heard good things. Haven't heard any criticism that isn't ancient history from their pre-accreditation days.

    CSU was accredited in 2001. Hardly "ancient history." It is reasonable to assume that many of the decision-makers who were in place during it's WAUC days remain. Whether or not that should influence one's decision to enroll is a personal matter. But their "ancient" conduct was academically reprehensible, not to mention deceptive.
